 Dear New Patient,

Welcome to our office. Orthodontic treatment offers you the opportunity to achieve your best look. It produces a smile that allows you to go into every situation with your "Best Face Forward". That is why we say, "Smiles Are Our Business".

Improving appearance is only one aim of orthodontics. Another primary concern is promoting good health by straightening crowded teeth and correcting overjets and overbites. Having straight and healthy teeth is a confidence builder!

We offer a full range of orthodontic services in our modern, fully equipped facility. We follow all OSHA sterilization procedures. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will make you feel comfortable in our offices. Our offices are conveniently located and offer appointments scheduled to fit your busy lifestyle.

On the first visit, I will do a clinical and x-ray examination. I will explain the diagnosis and treatment plan. Fee estimates and payment plans will be quoted at this time by one of our treatment coordinators.

Average fees for standard treatment range between $3650 and $5280 for complete treatment. Orthodontic pre-treatment records can be completed on your first visit in order to save you time. We offer monthly payment plans that will fit most household budgets. Active treatment (wearing braces) usually lasts 18 to 30 months. We offer silver-colored braces and the almost invisible tooth-colored ceramic braces. After treatment, the removable retainers and all necessary visits are included in the total fee.

You can print a map to our offices by using the navigational button, labeled Maps, located to the left of this page. To schedule a complimentary consultation, please fill out the form in the Appointments section to the left of this window.

Upon your first visit to our office, you will be asked to fill out a health form and an insurance claim form. Please bring your insurance card with you. We recommend a recent cleaning and dental exam for all of our patients considering orthodontic treatment. If you do not have a general dentist, we will recommend a dentist that will see you in a timely manner.

Once again, I welcome you to our practice. I look forward to meeting you in the near future.

Sincerely,

David C. Becka, DDS, PC
